Installation and System setup:

We will work with a designated system administrator to ensure the system determined to fit your requirements is installed and setup to your specifications.


System setup includes; system planning with an emphasis on ensuring current procedures are woven within the softwares automated process to enhance and streamline process and procedures. The hardware and system architecture are validated to ensure the project timeline is adhered to. Testing and deployment complete the installation and setup stage. System training is equally important to ensure and utilize the power and potential of the implemented software solution.


Training Options:

The following training options are available and are customized to meet your requirements;


  • Administrator training: this course is a one on one course developed to train the system's administrator in efficiently navigating the software solution allowing for fast system changes after the initial setup.

  • User training: a user training course typically consists of a group of either the key people who will be performing data entry within the chosen software application. In organizations where it is not prudent to have all of the security staff in at one time we hold two to three sessions allowing the staff to be split not interrupting the daily routine.

  • Train the trainer: this course works with key staff members either locally or regionally training these individuals to go out and hold their own training courses with their staff members.


All of these courses are offered onsite and online depending on the schedules and locations receiving training.


In each course material is delivered electronically.


Online training is available through a web meeting after the installation is complete. This time is scheduled in blocks of 3 hours increments.


Online training is an excellent choice to ensure you are using the software to its fullest, as updates and new releases come out, or when there are new employees or long distance offices which come on board and require training to fit into a busy schedule.


Training is additional and provided after the purchase.
